2. The Short Version
CryptoFaxReport does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). There are no user accounts. We do not know who you are. The only data we collect is anonymised, aggregated usage analytics that cannot be traced back to any individual, used solely to understand how the app is used and to improve it.

- Device advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- IP addresses stored in identifiable form
- Contacts, calendars, photos, or any other device content

- Cryptocurrency holdings, wallet addresses, or transaction data
- Any data that could be used to identify you as an individual
5. How We Use Anonymised Data
The anonymised analytics data we collect is used exclusively for:
- Identifying features that are working well or causing confusion

- Prioritising new features and improvements based on usage patterns

- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

7. Data Retention
Because we collect no personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to delete or retain. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis, after which it is deleted or further aggregated.
8. Data Security
Although we hold no personal data, we apply appropriate security measures to all systems:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher)
- Access controls limiting staff access to backend systems
- Regular review of third-party provider security practices
9. Your Rights
Because CryptoFaxReport collects no personally identifiable information and operates no user accounts, most data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are not applicable in practice — there is simply no personal data linked to you that we could retrieve, correct, or delete.

9.1 Users in the European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Our legal basis for collecting anonymised analytics data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, our interest in understanding how the app is used in order to improve it. Because the data is fully anonymised and cannot be linked to any individual, it does not constitute personal data under GDPR and the full range of data subject rights does not apply to it.
If you are in the EU or UK and have questions about our data practices, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
9.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. We do not collect personal information as defined by the CCPA. No opt-out is required because no sale or sharing of personal information takes place.
9.3 Australian Users (Privacy Act 1988)

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use strictly necessary cookies required for basic functionality, and anonymised analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. No cookies are used for advertising or cross-site tracking. A cookie notice is displayed on first visit.
Mobile App
The CryptoFaxReport mobile app does not use cookies. We do not use IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). Any device-level identifier used for analytics (such as IDFV — Identifier for Vendor) is anonymised before transmission and is not linked to any personal information.
We do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission because we do not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
11. Children's Privacy
CryptoFaxReport does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Because we collect no personal information from any user, we have no mechanism by which a child's personal information could be collected. 12. International Data Transfers
Our third-party service providers may process anonymised analytics data in countries outside your own. 13. The CFR Trust Score
The CryptoFaxReport CFR Trust Score is generated by our proprietary algorithm and is based solely on publicly available information about cryptocurrency projects. It is an informational rating, not a personalised recommendation. No personal data is used in generating CFR Scores.
The CFR Score does not constitute financial advice. See Section 15 below.
14. Links to Third-Party Content
The CryptoFaxReport app and website may link to third-party websites, news sources, or data providers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
